Software Reference Limited, based in Ely near Cambridge in the UK, publishes reference books about computers. We created this company because of our dissatisfaction with the quality of many IT books, where inadequate editing and automatically generated indexes often obscure otherwise good content. In contrast, we take great care when writing, editing and indexing our books, to ensure that readers can quickly find an answer to the problem at hand. Our unique traffic-light indicator on the spine shows whether each book is suitable for beginners, power users or IT experts.
