Have you ever thought, "I wonder what will happen if I set my phone to Japanese"? Or had to use a PC set to a different region?

MSDN International Word List
Microsoft has an International Word List as part of MSDN, but the Javascript seems to be broken (even on Internet Explorer). But perhaps they'll fix it. I think the content of that is also an appendix to a Microsoft Press book published some years ago now.
